The Idaho Desert Demons would like to anounce the launch of idahodesertdemons.freeservers.com for the 2002 season. Webmaster Albus "Tech" Collins hopes to build on success of the 2001 SSL Website of the Year.

"We'll try to make this thing bigger and better; although, the only way to make the site bigger is to get a bigger monitor, ha ha ha ha." said Collins with his trademark webmaster humor.

The 2002 version of the site will add a history of the Gellar Cup to the popular features already on the site.

The Idaho Desert Demons would like to anounce their 2002 slogan: Back to Back in Black. The slogan is in reference to their attempt to win consecutive SSL championships while also borrowing from the popular AC/DC song "Back in Black."

"When we learned that AC/DC would be the featured performer at the 2002 Idaho Desert Demons Retro Rewind Festival we decided immediately to incorporate one of their songs into our 2002 slogan." said DD marketing dirrector QQ Hughes.
DD executive Skip Schwartz termed the slogan "frikin' lame" but when asked to offer an alternative Schwartz refused to comment so the slogan stuck.
